The College of Agricultural Sciences IT department offers a wide array of instructional technology and design support for our faculty. Our in college support includes all things instructional technology related, from RamCT to working with faculty to incorporate any technology tool that can enhance the instructional process. Not sure where to start? We also offer support in the design, development or redevelopment of your online courses and can help determine what pedagogical and technological approaches best support learning in your particular course. Canvas – Canvas is the learning management system supported campus wide.
Echo360 – Lecture capture tool available on your desktop or in one of the equipped classrooms.
Google Drive – A great set of cloud based collaboration tools available to all students through their Rams email account.
Quality Matters Rubric – One of many quality based rubrics available for online course development.
National Center on Universal Design for Learning – Moving forward universal design will make a large impact on online learning. The National Center of Universal Design for Learning is a great resource for getting up to speed on the direction this trend is taking.
